Our Process

Our goal is to make the countertop buying process simple, clear, and stress-free. From your first call to final installation, one of our experienced project managers will guide you through every step.

Project Assessment

Start by contacting us to discuss your project, including countertop materials and edge profile options. You may provide preliminary dimensions, or we can schedule an in-home consultation.

During your appointment, a dedicated project manager will:

  • Review material and edge options

  • Take accurate measurements

  • Provide countertop samples when available

Material Selection

Natural stone countertops such as granite, marble, and quartzite vary in color, movement, and characteristics. We recommend visiting one of our trusted slab vendors to hand-select the slabs for your project. The slabs you choose are the exact slabs we fabricate and install.

For engineered materials such as:

  • Quartz (Silestone, Caesarstone, Cambria)

  • Ultra-compact surfaces (Dekton, Neolith)

  • Solid surface materials (Corian, Hi-Macs)

there is high consistency between slabs, so hand selection is optional but available upon request.

Edge Profile & Sink Selection

Choose from a variety of edge profiles and sink options to complement your design and functionality goals.

Your project manager will help ensure all selections are compatible with your material and layout.

Digital Templating

Once materials, edge profiles, and sinks are finalized, we schedule a templating appointment. During this step, we capture precise measurements of your cabinets and walls.

We use the Prodim Proliner System, a digital measuring tool that creates accurate CAD files of your countertop areas. This ensures a precise fit and seamless installation.

Fabrication

Using the CAD files, we create a detailed digital layout of your slabs. If your project includes vein matching or book-matching, the layout will be shared with you for approval.

After approval, DXF files are sent directly to our CNC machines for precision fabrication by our in-house production team.

Installation

Our trained and certified installation teams prepare and install your custom countertops with care and attention to detail. Once installation is complete, your project manager will perform a final walkthrough to ensure quality and satisfaction.
